By Booking The Luxury Mobile Experience you agree to the following terms below:

Mon - Sat 8 am -6 pm

Working Hours 5 am - 11:59 pm

1.No Show Fee: On all reservations, a customer will be considered a "no-show" after 30 minutes past your scheduled pick-up time.

If you have not met your driver or contacted us by phone, you will be charged in full for the reservation. A no-show fee equals the trip cost plus applicable waiting time will be charged when/if the passenger fails to show up at the designated location. To avoid this charge, passengers should not leave designated locations without first notifying The Luxury Mobile Experience at 214.21 0.0287.

2. Reservations: Reservations made online are not guaranteed until you have received a confirmation from The Luxury Mobile Experience. Online reservations may be submitted up to 4 hours prior to your requested pick-up time. To request a reservation with less than 24 hours in advance notice, please call our office directly at 214.210.0287. A nonrefundable $100 deposit is required to reserve your time slot in our calendar, which goes towards total balance.

3. No Smoking Policy: The Luxury Mobile Experience maintains a clean environment; therefore, smoking and eating is NOT allowed in any of our vehicles.

4. Weather: The Luxury Mobile Experience is not responsible for service delays or not rendered due to mother nature or to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: weather, road conditions, breakdowns due to weather, traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, road conditions, etc. In case of mechanical difficulties or extreme weather hazards, either a replacement vehicle or a full refund will be offered. While we make every effort to meet our obligations, including free upgrades to all-wheel drive vehicles in extreme weather conditions, we do not needlessly jeopardize the safety of our passengers or personnel.
